@Xfinity @RogerHodgson This company is still charging overages due to the pandemic. It is not our fault our kids have to elearn, but you do not care enough t wave fees. Instead you offer another package to upgrade. Like that will solve the problem...You are making up pay more either way.

Why is @Xfinity such epic ********? We are in a pandemic they already have the highest prices for cable & interned as it is & these ******** are raising prices next year. Including the cost of their garbage modem. I'm returning that POS as I bought a new one. Stop raising prices
