@CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband No problems. Also, it';s good to know that the filter is very very tolerant of electrical events so when doing the dance with technical support teams, it's hardly ever going to be a filter failure.

@OriginBroadband I have cancelled my account (C0069251) in early October. You stopped sending me bills but did not cancel my direct debit and keep charging me for a service you are not providing.

They sent me a new Router,Yesterday,Guess what ?Still no Signal coming in,As ive always told them They even sent me a letter, Stating,If they get Openreach out,They may charge me, What A Cheek, When I'm entitled toCompensation for loss of service.@OriginBroadband

@editfmah @OriginBroadband Well the problem I was having turns out not to be with Origin. On my iPhone, the SpeedSmart app reports < 5Mbps, the same app on my iPad reports > 35Mbps. Problem lies with phone by the look of it. Mystifying. Will investigate that face plate idea, thanks.

@OriginBroadband Hello guys, what is wrong with you the few months or like that? I've been your customer for many years but now I could notice there is no customer support, no live chat and there is nobody taking care of the low speed I've been experiencing for some longer time.

Hey @OriginBroadband is your service down or anything I came home today to find that my internet is completely gone and restarting the router does nothing the dsl light on the box is offCheers

@OriginBroadband It's nice of you to provide an alternative for when the extremely shoddy work your techs do on your behalf with our NBN box leaves our internet down for weeks on end :D
